FAQ
What platforms do you support?
WordPress (shared hosting, WP Engine, SiteGround, DreamHost) and static / custom sites on Coolify, Vercel, Netlify, or VPS.
Do I need to give you full admin access?
Yes for WordPress (admin role, not super-admin where possible). For static sites, read-only server or deploy-key access is enough.
What happens if my site breaks during an update?
I take a backup before every change. If something breaks, I restore immediately and investigate before re-attempting.
Can I use my dev hours for new features?
Yes. Unused dev hours do not roll over. I track time in 15-minute increments and report it in your monthly email.
How do I cancel?
Email or Telegram me. No notice period. I hand back credentials and a final backup on request.
